Scattered throughout the world of Final Fantasy 7 Remake are 60 different weapon manuscripts. These manuscripts are important because they grant Skill Points that can be used to upgrade each character’s weapons. Furthermore, they are the only way to acquire more Skill Points after everyone hits the level cap of 50. In-game, manuscripts can be found by interacting with NPCs, defeating enemies, and completing different challenges.

Normal Mode Manuscript Locations
While playing through the story for the first time, players can only obtain 4 manuscripts for each character on Normal, Easy, or Classic Mode.
Cloud
The Art of Swordplay Vol. 1: Can be bought from the Moogle Emporium for 5 Moogle Medals in Chapter 8. The Art of Swordplay Vol. 2: Complete the “Cloud vs. Shinra Thugs” challenge at the Corneo Colosseum during Chapter 9.
