A Reddit user by the name of AlinaBecker posted a fantastic cosplay of Cindy Aurum, and it is incredibly accurate. The yellow jacket, the boots, even the red Hammerhead trucker hat makes an appearance. The attention to detail is wonderfully impressive, even the length, color, and consistency of her hair are on-point to how Cindy looks in Final Fantasy 15.
It’s curious that out of all the prominent female characters featured in Final Fantasy 15, such as Lunafreya, Iris, and Gentiana, Cindy has been cosplayed significantly more. It could be due to how frequently she shows up throughout the game or it might be because of how memorable her character design is. In any case, it’s always nice to see people cosplay as her.
It could be due to how it’s still the most recent game in the series, but Final Fantasy 15 has helped to bring in a number of new Final Fantasy fans. Although, the release of Final Fantasy 7 Remake has also given new fans an opportunity to newly experience one of the best games in the series on the same console generation as Final Fantasy 15.
It will be interesting to see what the future holds in terms of Final Fantasy. Many details have been shared with regards to Final Fantasy 16, but the game still doesn’t have an official release date. Not to mention that there will likely be multiple installments in terms of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake, which there has yet to be much revealed by way of official information. With any luck, Final Fantasy fans will know more about Square Enix’s multiple projects in the coming months.
Final Fantasy 15 is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
